Include the puzzle number, what happened, your browser and device, and any request identifier shown with the error. Keep album answers out of public reports so other people can play spoiler-free. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or secret keys.
Account and data
Your profile has score history, a data download and deletion controls. Start there for account requests. Clearing cookies can disconnect guest progress; signing in to a saved profile restores its server records.
Artwork and review corrections
Send the puzzle number or URL, the relevant work and source, your contact details, and a description of the correction or the rights you represent. Each completed puzzle displays its source review and artwork credit. We can withdraw a disputed cover while reviewing the evidence.
